Project Details
There are 4' x 5' x 5/8" precast terrazzo wall panels on all seven floors of the building, poured-in-place terrazzo on the first and second floor lobbies and gathering areas, and in the six elevator cabs. The stairs connecting floors one and two are also made of precast terrazzo.
Each panel on the wall weighs roughly 250 lbs, which means there is around 62,000 lbs of terrazzo material on the walls in this building. There are around 248 precast panel pieces, which totals around 4,960 SF of "vertical" terrazzo.
